Shel

I always used to think that I loved Shel Silverstein, and now I am completely smitten with all that he has ever created. Cameron and I spend our nights laughing out loud at all of his funny poems. I am so excited to be able to share all of the things that I loved as a child with my kids. I guess that is what being a parent is all about. It's like the famous James Taylor said "Kids will pick up what you put down." I love it!

I'm hoping that anyone who comes here feels inclined to speak their mind so we can have some good chatter. Consider this a forum for whatever is on the brain. I hope that everyone has the opportunity to chat a little. So what is everyone busy thinking about? I was just saying to Brendan how it is not as easy to stop and think about the simple things when there is so much "pressing" business to think about. So if anyone wants to share a thought or idea, it would be great. Brendan sent me a great you tube video that really inspired me this morning and if I can figure out how to put it on here, I can share it with everyone.
